Refund policy

Please choose carefully when making a purchase, As refunds for change of mind or product non-suitability after Purchase may be rejected. If you are not sure, Ask before you buy. 

Refunds are Not available via the website.

Strictly no returns or refunds without written approval from Flagstaff Heating and Cooling.

Returns after 21 days of the invoice date will not be considered.

Refunds on Freight and/or postage are only possible if Third party courier has not been engaged.

Approved Refunds Will be processed as per the payment method used on the original Payment for the order and may take 72 hours to process. This does not include the refund processing time of the chosen payment method.

All goods Approved for return must be returned in their original unused condition. Once goods have been opened and fitted, returns will not be accepted. This includes tampering or adjusting the Goods in any way.

No refunds will be processed prior to the goods being returned and received by us for assessment. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of any returns and the quality of the return. 

All Goods Must be installed by qualified and Licensed Tradespeople. 

Failure to engage a qualified and licensed person will void any warranty. Warranty returns and requests must be approved by Flagstaff Heating and Cooling. Qualified and License Tradespeople's information will be required. No warranty will be available if this information is not provided. Please collect the relevant information in case of warranty requirements.

Warranty replacements will be issued for products under warranty if approved. Refunds are not provided for warranty replacements. Warranty replacements are also subject to availability and warranty rules of the manufacturer. Please note that some manufacturers require the part to be returned to them prior to warranty being accepted. FHC does not hold the warranty on parts sold here and we must adhere to the warranty guidelines and policies of the manufacturers. Please note some warranty claims may take up to 3 months to be processed. FHC will endeavor to have the warranty claims processed as soon as is possible however we may be subject to Manufacturers requirements.
