Shipping policy

Goods are sent Via a third Party Courier Service as well as Australia Post. No responsibility is taken by Flagstaff Heating and cooling (FHC) for any actions of the third party operators. Once the third party operator has been engaged refunds will not be possible on freight.

Goods are dispatched with authority to leave in a safe place if available. FHC does not undertake any responsibility for the decisions of the third party operators as to "safe place". Third party Operators may leave a contact card if it is required.

Express Delivery is the fastest method offered by the third party operators. Standard delivery is the standard method offered by the third Party operators. No Offer is made for same day or overnight delivery although these may occur from time to time.

Delivery times start from when the courier company has received the goods. not from when a customer has placed an order. In some cases the courier may have already picked up for the day prior to the customer order being processed. This will be picked up the next business day.

Courier pickup times are also subject to our physical warehouse operating times. and do not occur on weekends.

Should the cost of freight exceed the amount of either weight or paid shipping price, for any reason. FHC reserves the right to refund the complete order to the customer and not proceed with the sale. You will receive notification regarding the refund and alternative options for re-ordering. The re-order may not be processed through the website.
